Stop pulling
Everyone has a move they make when a situation will not resolve: they push harder, argue again, send one more message, or go silent. It is nearly always the move that tightens it.
Name yours today, honestly. Then stop doing it, for the rest of the novena at least. A knot that is not being pulled at is already in a better position than it was yesterday, even if nothing else has changed.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother; to thee do I come; before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.
