Protection for someone else

Give a day to the person you would step in front of: a child, a parent, someone who is more exposed than you are.

You are probably already praying for them. Today, ask specifically for a guard on them rather than a good outcome for them.

Begin

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle; be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and the other evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
