The part you can
Having named what is outside your hands, there is nearly always something small still inside them. A call you have not made. A document you have not filed. An apology you owe regardless of outcome. A doctor's second opinion you have been putting off.
It is rarely the thing that solves it. It is usually the thing that is yours to do anyway, and doing it changes the person praying even when it does not change the situation.
Begin
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

St. Jude, give me the nerve to do the one small thing I have been avoiding in this.
