Pray, hope, and do not worry
Padre Pio's most quoted line is also his most practical: pray, hope, and do not worry. He said it to people in real trouble, and he was not a man with an easy temperament or an easy life.
Take it in order this week. Pray first, because it is the only part fully in your hands. Hope second, because it follows from the first and not from the news. Worry last, and only about the parts you can actually act on.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother; to thee do I come; before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.
