Day 2
Tuesday two: what is lost
He is the finder of lost things, which is the smallest of his patronages and the one everyone knows. It is not silly. People pray it constantly and cheerfully.
Ask for the lost thing today, whatever it is: keys, a document, or something larger that has gone missing and that you have been embarrassed to name as lost.
Begin
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother; to thee do I come; before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.
Today’s petition
St. Anthony, help me find it, the small thing and the large one.
Add your own intention here, in your own words. It is not stored anywhere.
Close
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
